HMY FC GAMES LEPAS RAYA
HMY FC Vs B MOBILE
Game yang sudah lama ditinggalkan tetapi yang pertama selepas Hari Raya. HMY FC bermain dengan baik. Seri 1-1.
MOM : Kiman, scored the winning goal.
Kali ani ada tambahan, Man of the Moment, i.e. pemain yang could have won us the game. LABOI, could have been easily man of the match tetapi Kiman overtook that title because he scored the decisive equalizer, missed penalty, lau scored, manang boi, boi.
HMY FC Vs TEAM FAMILY PG ALI
Sorry salah info, not HSBC, team family Pg Ali. Disebabkan oleh sudah lupa (sorry for that), buletin ini dipendekkan ke satu perenggan sahaja, tetapi MOM tetap akan dipilih. Menang 7-1, Haziq 5, Yamin 1, sori nda ku ingat sapa score satu lagi, ingati ku..
MOM : HAZIQ, scored 5, good composure, accurate finishing, superb technique.
HMY FC Vs SKUADRA
Apa nah? Dengan fadil mengalami cramps (baik tah usahakan fitness!), Abang menempatkan Master G di bek kiri. Satu perkembangan yang sangat baik dan menyenangkan hati Abang adalah kebolehan Master G bermain di bek kiri, positioning yang tepat, mencuri bola dengan cepat, tidak gentar dengan pemain yang lebih matang dan besar, adhering to instructions, even good overlaping, Syabas G..HMY FC easily controlled the second half but good clinical finishing by SKUADRA, tidak dapat dibuat apa-apa dengan goal mereka, unstoppable. Tetapi what I like during second half, we matched them, pace by pace, tackle by tackle, body by body and we hustle. Syabas semua.
MOM : ZAIM, rajin membantu midfield, rajin membuat larian lintang, semua rajin lah.
Perlawanan kali ani agak ganjil. Tomo insist kan main striker (though he matched it with $), actually leaving abang with this awkward decision to play several players out of position. But I like Pjan, actually he has this fantastic mentality to play anywhere, keeper, outfield, wherever and excelled too. Well, Tomo scored which was good for HMY FC, enough to settle HMY FC nerves leading to good exchanges of passes between centre midfield and the wide players. Zaim scored as usual and scoreline after first half 2-0. Second half, Abang tried to play Master G di right back lagi, kan meliat sama ada fluke ka inda masa game sebelumnya. Ternyata, bukan fluke, Master G had a fantastic game, intercepting, hustling and toying even against an array of good players down HMY right flank. Here is how I describe it: Quick feet, brave, pacy, listening to instructions, good interplay with his partner midfiled, sharp, no complacency and comfortable with the ball. Apa yang kurang saja which I saw clearly and you can actually improve on this: fitness, lucky tani inda main malam, kalau inda lelah tu, in addition, kalau fitter, you can overlap frequently. Badan masih terlalu kurus, makan lagi G at least tagap macam c Mengz, walaupun kecil tetapi keras and tagap DAN…kalau main right back kali ani, pakai guard..sayang kaki, banyak membuat cover and tackle tapi nada belindung kaki atu. If you can play like that in every match, you can be HMY FC first choice right back.
Ok, my assessment, a weird but exceptional game, Boi had a good game despite nursing an injured knee, Azri as usual increasingly reliable, Yamin pun actually had a good game especially exchanging passes with Prap. Haziq had a quiet game though, mungkin pasal ada Emah kali, Kiman pun making good hustles, Boi Panjang after a long spell not playing with HMY FC regulars pun showed encouraging attitude and desire. Well, MOM kali ani, (I change the format now in memilih MOM)…..MASTER G.. syabas.
MOM: MASTER G. Keep it up..
P/s, game kali ani boleh tani main rojak pasal team lawan inda berapa keras and good macam SKUADRA tetapi dalam game 26 DISEMBER nanti, if kitani berlawan team yang kuat, we play properly ikut position masing-masing, not macam tadi. Yang bagusnya tadi jua, our first clean sheet lepas Hari Raya. Actually ada padang 14 Dis, petang di padang belapan tetapi Uncle Ahmad sudah bagi ke Hj Jamil (maybe some HMY FC players will play kali) so our next and probably last full strength HMY FC game 2008 will only be at 26 DECEMBER 2008 held in Padang Kebajikan (or nama banarnya Kompleks Sukan Berakas), malam jam 745 malam.

HMY FC NEW DIRECTIVE
I can still vividly remember HMY FC first game in Jerudong Park football field in 2005. I could not remember who it was we were playing against but boy, we crushed them to pieces and convincingly too. It was to be HMY FC stepping stone towards a colourful journey of football adventures filled with happiness, brotherly attached emotions, maturity, respect, and discipline. We learnt that no matter who came in, the backbones of this extraordinary family members made up of siblings, cousins, uncles, close friends would remain intact. It will and still is my personal mission to safeguard this intactness. People come and go but not the backbones. The organisation becomes a priority, has to be lead by strong characters, bold to make decisions to make sure that these sacred bonds of family remain unbreakable.
Rest assured not all are blessed with talent, leadership, silky skills, brute power, raw pace, tactical ability, reading of the game, astute composure but when all players are combined, each with these variables, the results are devastating. In games, we strive to be consistent, adaptable and balanced thus we play according to our strength, complementing each other, not leaving it to a game of cards. Such classic example, silky skills of Prap to breach the flanks, raw pace and quick feet of Azri to guard the defence and at times to exhaust the foe defenses, superior ball control and passing range of Laboi to general the midfield, exquisite finishing and shooting strength of Zaim to worry the goalkeeper, optimistic run and excellent reading of the game by Yamin to anticipate danger and attack, brute power and aggression of Tomo to intimidate the opposing players and so on and so on.
As time goes by, relevancy to remain strong becomes a priority. Realism crept into the seniors’ minds that HMY FC lack of strength in depth has cost itself of victories, even routine victories. Opposing teams become more aware of the need to regain dignity after previous humiliation. What was worrying at that time was the yawning gap of size, maturity, knowledge of HMY FC juniors. Therefore the influx of new, exceptionally better players. Nonetheless, ability to play is not the only criteria to become HMY FC member. Attitude, willingness to be versatile, positive approach and adhering to instructions need to be embedded in these new players. But as 2008 comes to an end, HMY FC backbones have regained their hunger and passion which I regretfully (apologize for it) failed to realize. Now, its time, 2009 is within a touching distant and promise has to be made. Making sure 2009 to be HMY FC regulars will be a priority, all will be utilized. There is now a good blend of juniors which I feel is ready to fill in HMY FC limelight. New senior players drafted are Master G (striker), Achoi (wing back), Muksid (goalkeeper) and Haziq, bf Emah (striker). With these promotions of players, there will be no more import players for HMY FC for 2009 with only the exception of goalkeeper (if Muksid is not available due to exams).
In addition to this announcement, 2009 HMY FC squad is stated below and are required to sms me their new squad numbers for 2009 new jerseys. As a gesture of apology, my jersey number 5 will be available for those who desire it. Type and color of jerseys will be discussed with all of HMY FC members next Friday. See below:
